washers and dryers

Hi I am moving from U.S. to Costa Rica at the end of the summer and wanted to know if anyone recommends bringing my washer and dryer. They are standard size,however on most homes I have seen on Craigs list I've noticed most washers and dryers seem to be apartment size stacked units.Not sure if I should bring my standard site, or sell them & purchase the stackable units,or just leave them all together. Any advice will be appreciated thanks.
