scared of what lies ahead in US

I am considering moving my family to CR to escape...hopefully, the turmoil that awaits here in the US in the coming months/years. We are from Texas. Crime is getting bad, the economy bad and unfortunately, it doesn't look like it will get any better any time soon. We own land in the country here in TX. Homes, businesses, etc. A move would be monumental for us, but I'm still thinking about it. Your comments and help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
