Moving but want to work still

I'm only 35, from Tennessee and had a great time in the beginning of this millennium selling houses, since then the market has disappointed me and so has my nation. I'm not planning on a move to Costa Rica to playa pelada or playa guoines. Does anyone know of how CR life/safety and light employment potential in these regions of Nosara ?? Thank you si, for any help !!
