Veterinary licensing

I have been practicing in the USA since 1990. I would like to move to CR. There may be instances where I could help animals while living there but I would not want to break any laws. I also am not sure but I may want to open a small animal veterinary clinic. Does anyone know where I can find information about legally practicing in CR? Do I need a CR license or just have my license from my state translated into Spanish?
