It is worth the read so you know what you can expect from Costa Rica and what you have to take of yourself for yourself.In a lot of cases your are on your own which ,fortunately I have learned to do years ago.I hate to recognize the fact that the government,which ever country continues to control more of our lives. I for one have been planning and working on my own to not need or use as little of government as possible. It's actually been kind of fun.
