How can I unsubscribe from these continual email?

A while ago I started getting all these emails from this site. Most are complaining about the cost health care in Costa Rica. My advise to all the complainers is to either STFU or go back to where you came from and pay for health care there.

I have third repeatedly to unsubscribe to this email list and the complaining emails keep coming. Please someone, LET ME OUT OF THIS NEGATIVE LOOP.
