Hello All

My wife and I started our residency paperwork for Costa Rica. We have been there several times, I have asked about the medical situation on Americans that are living in country. The medical situation I am concerned about is Renal Failure or Americans that have kidney failure. My wife is currently on Hemodialysis, but she is going back to Peritoneal dialysis. How does this work where do the Americans get the dialysis supplies from. If there is anyone out there that may know any information or know someone who is currently on dialysis and living in Costa Rica.
