Thought I'd Try Seeing a Rheumatologist in Costa Rica About My Arthritis

Im so fed up with medical care here in the States Im almost ready to start my planned expatriotiation by age 50 7 years early.That said , how difficult would it be now to see a Rheumatologist in some part of the country for a test, possible x rays and prescription for Rheumatoid Arthritis drugs not as a tourist but possibly Im working on a 6 month visa?
