I am interested in staying in CR for a month at least, maybe longer. My reasons for staying where I am are dwindling. I am interested in staying somewhere close to a beach, cheap - as I am a Vet and not fully retired. Not worried about healthcare or vehicles. I would like to be around some people though. Would I be looking for a small house? (I do like my privacy) Apt? Internet access... $400-$500 a month would be ideal. Im not a materialistic person, so dont want anything fancy. I scrolled through some of the real estate listings on this site but stopped pretty quickly due to prices. Any advice and pertinent info would sure be appreciated. Thanks, and be happy.
