shipping car to Limon port

I'm trying to find out if there are companies that handle, on behalf of the owner, the import of a car shipped to the Port of Limon. We may ship our car there, but then would like someone else to handle the import and transport of the car to the Arenal area. Do these services exist? Any recommendations/suggestions if so?

Also, does anyone know where I could get information about what would have to be done with a car coming from Europe to make it drivable on Costa Rican roads?
