San Jose, Dr. referral

I plan on spending 2 to 3 months again this year in Costa Rica and possibly relocate if we find what we are looking for this trip. Last year I had an extremely difficult time finding my medication in Nosara. I had to get the medicine delivered from San Jose which was very expensive and part of the medication never made it to me.
I have had 3 back surgeries in the last 3 years and now take pain medication daily. Unfortunately in the US you can only get a 30 day supply so bringing enough for the trip is not an option.

Does anyone have a doctor recommendation in San Jose that could help me?
