Hello, we live in the US and plan to visit Costa Rica with the intent on moving there in the summer of 2021. We'd like to know how to network in the Ojochal area which is one spot we are interested in. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to go for contact individuals? We are deluged with International Living articles and these don't give much in the way of contact information.
Thanks!

Have you thought about the Caribbean Side?? I used to travel with International Living for many years. PM me your email and I will send a copy of my book--The Caribbean of Costa Rica Live and Invest on the Last Frontier. We just implemented an new package deal--1.5 acres with stream in our gated community with a 2 bd 1 bath cabina for only 120k! No one is even close to providing that in Costa Rica in a gated community!

Costa Ballena has community page on FB, Ojochal might have their own. Known as the place for "foodies" but we are just getting started with that...not cheap by our south Florida standards. Water issues are crucial factor and limiting the issuance of building permits in some sections.
