moving with 9 yr old

HI,
I"m a massage therapist for 21 yrs in Park City Ut. I want to move and work in Costa Rica. I have a 9 yr old who will be attending school there. I 'd like a community where I can ride a bike everywhere and school is nearby. I would like to work in a spa. Small town. I'd prefer under 7000 population. Pacific beach side. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I intend to visit towards the end of June or July. I want to move there by the time school starts.
