Inversionista Residency & working

Hello,

My boyfriend and I are researching moving to Costa Rica. We're specifically looking into buying a house and gaining Inversionista temporary residency.

From what research I've done so far, it's clear that we wouldn't be able to work until we apply and gain permanent residency.

I was wondering if we would still be able to teach English in CR with the Inversionista residency. Would that be illegal? Would you still need to do visa runs?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
