Residency for School

Hello,
We are planning on moving there in May 2022. I have two small boys, ages 1 and 3. Do we need to obtain some sort of permanent residency of Costa Rica in order for them to attend international schools/any school?

we were planning on just leaving every three months since we only plan on staying in Costa Rica 1-2 years and did not want to go through the process of becoming permanent residents.
