Looking for my community in CR

Hi friends! I'm planning to move from Seattle, WA to CR this year. I'm in my mid-30s, single, have two pups, and run my own coaching business. I'm looking to live somewhere where I can garden, life at ease, live sustainably, and find wonderful, like-minded community. I'd like to also be close to the water.

My concern is finding something close to a hospital. Any recommendations on places that fit this criteria? Any and all help is massively appreciated!
