Days you are able to be out of Ec.

I've heard conflicting stories .... if you have your Cedula do you count that date as day 1 of your first 2 years..... or is it counted from Jan. to Dec.?

I received my Cedula on Sept 6, 2010 ....I left the country from the end of Jan 2011 and returned the end of March 2011. Then I left the country from Dec.11, 2011 until Dec. 17, 2011.
How do I count this days..... how much time do I have left of my 90 days?
