Video Production / Web Design

Hello everyone, this is my first post here :)
My wife and I are thinking of moving to Quito in the near future, and I was wondering if anyone thought that there was a market for video production/web site creation?

When my wife and I lived in Merida, Mexico, I provided video services to local businesses, real estate agents, and the city tourism board.

Are there quite a few expat businesses in operation?

Do you think something like this would fly in a place like Quito or Cuenca? We just want to make sure that we can make some sort of income if we decided to move.
