Questions about Salinas

Hi.. My husband and I are going to be living in Salinas part time Starting next year and I just have a few questions. Are there any Spanish classes in Salinas? From what I've seen online it doesn't appear so or they're just not showing up. Yoga classes in or around Salinas? And for anyone that knows of a good hairdresser (for blonde hair) that would be so appreciated. Also when I visited last time I went to the two or three main grocery stores and a outdoor market nearby, but was just wondering about any other farmers markets. Places for sustainable/organic produce? Even though we aren't moving yet these are just all the things I keep wondering about. Thanks!
