This is from Sheryl Crowes cookbook. Chocolate mousse made with avocadoes!! 2 large ripe avocadoes 1/2c organic,free trade cocoa powder 1/2c agave nectar (or honey) 11/2tsp pure vanilla extract 11/2tsp almond extract moros for garnish. you would never guess there are avocados in this. puree in food processor until very smooth. serve in martini glasses with moros
