Covid restrictions in Cuenca

Hi friends. I'm posting this thread from the US so that we can keep abreast of what the rules and restrictions are like on the street in Cuanca specifically.
The purpose of this thread is to help people know what the rules are currently and when they change. Not to debate what we think of the rules, that is irrelevant to this topic, so please don't do that here.

For instance: We know that currently, masks are required in public.
Do they ticket you if you exercise without a mask? Ride a bike, running, yoga etc?

Please be specific: "I was in Supermaxi today and they still have guards at the door, spritz your hands and sanitize the bottoms of your shoes. I saw some people with their nose poking above the mask and no one said anything to them that I saw."

Or: "While out walking today I saw bikers not wearing masks but people walking were wearing them. I saw two locals walking without masks."

Or : "Ecuador is no longer quarantining people traveling into the country, but you will need evidence of a recent negative test (no older than 3 days). They take your temp at the customs booth in the airport"

Again the spirit of this thread is to get real, street-level reporting, not opinion.
Thanks guys and gals!
