Help for a non-EU citizen looking for work in Greece

Geia sas paidia. I am a recent graduate of the University of London, looking for admin/office work in Greece, Athens specifically. I've had very little success with my job search, as my employment status in the EU is non-existent, and after searching for employment in Greece for over a year now, I am becoming disillusioned and am beginning to think that my non-EU status will forever be my downfall. I'm looking for work within a university setting, within an English-speaking university. I have a Classics background, but more importantly, I have study-abroad/acculturation experience. Any tips out there about who to contact/where I should look for this type of job!? Any advice would be most appreciated!
