CSA employment policies

Does any know what are CSA's policies concerning suspended employees? If an employee is caught unconsciously bringing adult written material on base and the item is confiscated by check point security and the employee is banded from entering the base until matter is reviewed by military. Meanwhile it has been 30 days since the incident and no word. Is there something the employee can do to find out if they can get their job back before contract runs out. Only 3 days left. Will employee end up losing position or do their still have a chance. Also CSA management is tight lipped. Any advice would be deeply appreciated. Thanks
