Findin jobs in the southern pacific islands

Hi all, my boyfriend and I are thinking of moving to one of the southern pacific islands, and are trying to find a job there. We have both worked in restaurants and hotels, he is a Chef and I am a Sommelier/assistant manager. Can anybody give us some advice on how to find a job or some general advice on living/moving there?
