RETIRING ABROAD

Hello everyone! We have finally decided to take the plunge and move out of England for numerous reasons. I am a primary teacher with a son of 11 and my parents have said that if we move so will they. We had originally planned to move to Australia or NZ but this seems impossible now; retirement visa's last for only 4 years and we want to sell everything and not come back!
My career is now not on the SOL as it was a couple of years ago. Has anyone any suggestions as to whether we can go to Aus or NZ and which VISA's would be best OR has anyone got any ideas as to which country we could move to? My parents don't particularly want to learn a new language, but they will if they have to! My son is tennis mad and I don't want to go anywhere cold! Any assistance would be great. Thank you
