Update on my home buying

Well, I found a place and I was also able to find a person who pre qualified me for my 89mm apt purchase. In addition, Marcela informed me that my paperwork will need to be submitted to a connected agency in Miami and this entity will supply the mortgage for the apt.

I am, however,waiting to see if I can qualify for a heloc here in California. The reason being is that I have heard that the interest rates in Colombia are atmospheric.

I will keep all posted.

By the way, CAMU the builder wants 30% down. Minus the good faith deposit of 2mm pesos.
