Germany:Hartz IV commentary

Hi I was curious regarding the German "HARTZ IV...which is some form of financial help-I was looking for creative job places in Germany online here from America-I briefly read through someones posting.Today I had time to GOOGLE.DE this and found that HARTZ IV is a form of German Unemployment which I guess is as high only as 399 Euro's Most likely for Germans and those Leaute who have lived there for some time and a lot of paper work to boot
I was at one time offered a possible Art&Design apprenticeship through a private school but I have yet to aquire housing and I need to enroll in a German Intensive language course.Hard to find cheap and SAFE housing for three people from 7000+ miles away. So anyone thats curious just go to http://www.hartziv.org/. I have run out of time myself for searching today thats all I know so far...
