Do Saudis Pay Life Insurance???

Hello everyone,

My husband passed away from natural causes over in Saudi. I have heard nothing from anyone regarding life insurance. I called the company and no one returned my phone calls. Is this typical?

Supposedly the last person that passed away in the same company had life insurance and it took 7 months for the family to get the money.

If anyone has any advice regarding this would be helpful. I am disabled and am probably going to lose the house.
