marriage between expats. need help please

As-Salamu Alaikum,

I want to marry a second wife in Saudi Arabia.
We both agree!

She is from Cameroon. I am from Germany. Both are muslims. I move to saudi in a few month inshaallah.
Then we want to marry in court or by mazoun.

My question. I am still married to a german woman.
Is it allowed in saudi and possible to marry a second wife in court?
