I understand the calculations if I quit or get fired (I know they change it)

1/2 month for first 5 years, then 1 month for each year after to 10 years.

My question is, do I get an annual bonus based on this number or is it a 1 time thing when I am done or my ten years arrives, then they match my annual salary?

Appreciate any help on this, kinda got conflicting information
