Hello all, my name is Venice.
I am considering taking a teaching job in Jeddah this fall. But I want to know if it is possible/realistic, as I have tattoos on my fingers.
My only concern is I have my fingers tattooed (which I normally cover for work anyway and which I have no problem with covering in public).
I have other tattoos with religious content which can be easily covered and are always covered in my home country. I have lived in Islamic countries before and I have never had an issue with covering myself and respecting the native religion and culture, but first and foremost, I need to ensure my personal safety before making the move.
Is it permitted for me/ safe for me to even enter and live in Saudi Arabia with these tattoos?
