Best Riyadh Compounds and estimated cost

Hi all, I'm planning to move to Riyadh alone in the next few months with my company,

I'm finding it extremely difficult to find price info for accomodation in the city. As someone who'll be living alone, what sort of price can I expect to pay for a 2-bed apartment that is of good quality?

Finding the range quite hard to gauge - there are places incredibly cheap that I probably want to avoid, then very expensive properties out of my price range. Would like a better picture to understand if I have to negotiate subsistence on rent with my employer.
