Moved to Zurich, Very bored ... What should i do??

Dear All,

I am am a 23 year old Egyptian. I've been an Aupair here in Zurich, Switzerland for over a month and really have no social life here. What should I do... Its very hard to make friends with people here. I can speak both English and Arabic, yet my German is not at all fluent. I am currently taking an intensive German course (its extremely hard:())

I am going back home mid January, and was thinking of studying here...the problem is that i can not go to university in German...any ideas??
