The cost of housing, food, and other necessities is generally higher in Liechtenstein than in the United States. Additionally, Liechtenstein has a higher tax rate than the United States, which can further increase the cost of living," remarked one expat in Liechtenstein.

"The cost of housing in Liechtenstein is generally quite high, with prices for apartments and houses ranging from moderate to expensive. Renting an apartment in Liechtenstein can cost anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand euros per month, depending on the size and location. Buying a house in Liechtenstein can be even more expensive, with prices ranging from a few hundred thousand euros to several million euros," wrote a person living in Liechtenstein.

"The rental price for a nice 1 bedroom apartment in Liechtenstein can range from around $1,000 to $2,000 per month, while a nice 2 bedroom apartment can range from around $1,500 to $3,000 per month," mentioned one expat in Liechtenstein.

"In Liechtenstein, rental properties typically include a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Depending on the property, other appliances such as a dryer, microwave, and garbage disposal may also be included," commented one expat who moved to Liechtenstein.
