"The cost of living in St. George's is considered moderate. Rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the city center can be quite affordable, while outside the city center, it is even cheaper. The cost of utilities such as electricity, heating, cooling, water, and garbage is also relatively low. Groceries in St. George's can be a bit expensive, with items such as milk, bread, and eggs costing more than in some other countries. Eating out at an inexpensive restaurant is quite affordable, but a three-course meal for two at a mid-range restaurant can be a bit pricey. Transportation costs are also quite low in St. George's. A one-way ticket on local transport is cheap, and the cost of gasoline is also relatively low. Healthcare in St. George's is not very expensive, with a visit to a private doctor costing a moderate amount. Fitness and sports activities, such as a monthly gym membership, are also quite affordable. In terms of clothing and personal care, prices can vary. A pair of jeans or a summer dress in a chain store can be moderately priced, while a pair of running shoes of a good brand can be quite expensive. Personal care products such as shampoo, toilet paper, and toothpaste are also moderately priced. In summary, while some aspects of living in St. George's, Grenada can be expensive, overall, the cost of living is quite moderate and affordable for many," said one person in St. George's.
