Is the cost of living in Carriacou Island high?

We asked people how much they someone comfortably live on in Carriacou Island, they wrote:

"The cost of living in Carriacou Island, is relatively moderate compared to other Caribbean islands. Rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the city center is affordable, while outside the city center, it is even cheaper. The cost of utilities such as electricity, heating, cooling, water, and garbage is also reasonable. Groceries in Carriacou Island can be a bit expensive, especially for imported goods, due to the cost of transportation. Local produce, however, is quite affordable. Eating out at restaurants can vary, with inexpensive meals available at local eateries, while dining at mid-range restaurants can be a bit pricier. Transportation costs are also quite affordable, with inexpensive local bus fares and reasonably priced taxi services. Gasoline prices are comparable to those in other Caribbean islands. Healthcare in Carriacou Island is relatively inexpensive, with both public and private healthcare services available at reasonable prices. Overall, while the cost of living in Carriacou Island, Grenada, can be higher than in some other parts of the world, it is quite reasonable when compared to other Caribbean islands," remarked one expat in Carriacou Island.
