Pack a few items of rain gear, as Kuala Lumpur experiences heavy rainfall during certain times of the year. Bring a few items of comfortable walking shoes, as Kuala Lumpur is a very walkable city. Additionally, pack any necessary medications, toiletries, and personal items that you may need," remarked another expat in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
