Many homes also have outdoor spaces such as balconies, terraces, or gardens, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Some properties may even have a private swimming pool. The homes are usually located within walking distance to local amenities like shops, restaurants, and beaches. Despite their traditional exteriors, these homes often have modern interiors with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and other contemporary conveniences," remarked another expat who made the move to Corfu, Greece.
