What is it like to retire in Brazil?
We asked retirees what it is like retiring in Brazil. They said...
"Retired life in Brazil has much to offer; the country is renowned for its stunning beaches and lush greenside areas, and provides a host of recreational opportunities. There is an active expat community in Brazil, and many take advantage of the country’s vibrant culture, sightseeing, and festivals. Many recreational activities are available, such as cruising, boating, snorkeling and beach sports. For those who are less active, there are an array of cultural attractions, such as museums, galleries, historical monuments, as well as excellent cuisine and shopping. Nightlife can also be enjoyed in many places, ranging from relaxed bars to vibrant discos and nightclubs," remarked another expat who made the move to Brazil.
"Great ...yes ... lots of expats here. Cultural ... mostly music shows ... recreation, the beaches, parties, clubs ... night life, same," explained one expat living in Jacumá, Conde, Paraiba, Brazil.
