Head of Primary Marrakech

Seeking experienced Head of Primary for a new school opening in Marrakech. Must be fluent in English and speak either French or Arabic.

Location:
Marrakech
Company:
Knightsbridge Schools International
Details:

Knightsbridge Schools International operates a network of international schools in Switzerland, Portugal, Montenegro, Colombia and Panama, with an affiliated school in London. The group is proud to be expanding into Morocco and will open its first school in Marrakech.

Our Nursery and Pre-School sections will welcome children aged 2-5 years from September 2018. Inspired by our London heritage and featuring a proudly British ethos, the School will be driven by a rigorous learning ethic within a broad and balanced world class curriculum. We will offer a unique trilingual learning experience in English, French and Arabic. The school will offer an IB-inspired Moroccan curriculum for the first years of operation, delivered using the KSI approach, and gradually introducing the International Baccalaureate.

We are looking for an inspirational education leader who during this first year, will prepare the school for its opening, including marketing and promoting the school in the local and international communities, advising on the premises fit-out from an educational perspective, selecting and sourcing educational resources and selecting and training classroom staff. Thereafter you will lead, develop and grow the Primary section of the school.

You will be a highly experienced and qualified primary teacher, ideally already located in Morocco. With previous school leadership experience and fluency in either French or Arabic as well as your native English, you will be confident to promote and represent the school in the local community. This is a wonderful opportunity to shape the future of a brand new school.

KSI offers a competitive remuneration package depending on skills and experience.
