Food Servcie Managers

We are an international food service company currently seeking to recruit International Chefs for a number of international facilities in HCMC. The facilities are staff cafeterias and student dining locations.

The positions are only open to candidates who have either 5 years work experience outside VN at a similar position or candidates who have studied and worked at international level in similar positions in business or educational dining

The positions are within international companies and International schools and require a high level of service standards

The successful candidates will report directly to an international manager and department. Good salary and benefits package along with housing allowance. Non-Nationals must hold valid work permit and visas.

Lead efforts to grow our food business profitably by retaining base business and expanding new business through effective planning, organizing, and allocating of appropriate resources to deliver related service programs to customers in accordance with our standards and commitments to international food service accounts in China & Vietnam

Management position, responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Oversees and manages dining operations where customers order prepared food from a menu

Leadership: Leverage model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential. Reward and recognize employees. Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations. Plan and lead daily team briefings. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
