Hey everyone. Im a 20 year old college student at the university of Alabama. Im from a lil island off the coast of Alabama an have surfed and fished all my life. College just isnt working out for me. I cant seem to find a major Im interested in and keep failing classes. Im debating on moving to CR. I know a few people who live down there and have been there 3 times. Im in process of learnig spanish also. Im thinking about heading down there and finding a job somewhere on the pacific coast a lil town with good surf. But somewhere more rural. Dont really care what the job is. I was also thinkin about being deckhand somewhere (which i was for 3 years). Any ideas?
And what about living wise? Will I be able to support myself on an average job in a rural town on coast? I have looked at apartments and small houses to rent for a few months at a time but most are vacation oriented.
