Hola! We plan to retire to Costa Rica in several years. Since many folks plan to live on their social security, what would happen if Costa Rica increased the income requirements? Is there any plan to do so, as far as anyone knows? It seems that this would actually hurt Costa Rica, since expats do not work ,& spend in the country.
