Thinking about Moving to Costa Rica

Hello,

I'm 31 and will get a baby by December 2012. I live in Montreal and very tired of big cities, noises and stench. I do bookkeeping, accounting. I'm fluently trilingual (French, English, Spanish). And I'm quite polyvalant regarding work skills.

I just came back from a 3 month vacation in Costa Rica, Montezuma. I loved it there, but there's no way to make a living.

I would like to hear any suggestions of somewhere to live in this world where it's generally sunny all year round (meaning places like Vancouver are out of the question), where it does not get under freezing point or too fu**ing hot in summers. Where electricity is produced in a clean way (away from nuclear plants). And where there is a way to make a living and working (I do not have money to invest).

THank you
