Pilates in Escazú

Hi everyone,

I am a pilates teacher living in Escazú. I teach at a studio but also can go to your house if you prefer.
Pilates is a fantastic way to get in shape and tone your body. It works your core (abdominal) muscles to help better support your spine and also all other muscles since it is a whole body workout.
Pilates is for everyone, you don't need prior experience.
