My family is moving to the Escazu/Santa Ana area in January for a 2-3 year job assignment. We will go house hunting in early Nov, and my husband's office is in Belen. I'd like to get some feedback on schools, the area, churches as we prep for our house hunting trip:
1) I've heard traffic is awful in the area so we should try to get as close to the office as possible so we're looking in Santa Ana, Escazu. I'd like to be in a gated community since we have a 2 and 4 year old. Any neighborhoods to focus on? Bosques de Lindora is near the office.
2) We have a list of private American schools to consider including Country Day School, Costa Rica International Academy, International Christian School -- any feedback?
3) We are Lutheran and I see 2 Christian English speaking churches in the area -- International Baptist Church and Escazu Christian Fellowship. Are there others?
