Limon/Cahuita

I'm interested in talking to people who live near Limon and specifically Cahuita. My wife and I are looking at the possibility of retirement in Costa Rica so I'm researching places, and trying to find expat communities for support and information. My wife has some medical conditions that require regular visits to a managing care physician. So we need relative close access to health care but I'm looking for a smaller quiet place near the beach and maybe some land for farming? So if anybody has any info about this area or any other area that meets these criteria, I'd appreciate the input.
