Anybody have any positive or negative experiences with “so called” construction companies/builders in Guanacaste (playas del coco, Playa Hermosa/Tamarindo).
Companies that offer full services: permitting process; high end construction; multi years of local home building.
This would be for an ocean view property and about 2500 square feet home in a gated community.
I have heard of a ew names but am looking for anybody who has any first or second hand knowledge of builders and companies.
Positive and negative comments are appreciated.
I have heard of Tom Terry (Construct Tom), there is an Italian guy Jiri in coco and a German guy Mike.
Comments—mostly looking at builders who have built in the coco/Pacífico development and Playa Hermosa. Builders who have experience there.
I own land in Hermosa Guanacaste.
