Packing for our move to CR

We'll be moving on May 1. Flying into SJ with 8 plastic tubs (approved for airlines) and 2 bike boxes. We'll have couple of boxes of clothes and personal items, 2 for household items, 1 for bicycle tools and equipment, 1 for household tools and 2 for my wife's art supplies. No electronics. No brand new stuff. Any suggestions on what to do to make this as smooth as possible to get through customs and immigration? Thank you
