Taxation, health care & ability to work in Costa Rica

Hello!

I am looking to know a bit more about of taxes works in Costa Rica (with crypto in mind).

Also, me and my husband would like to know a bit more about the health care system and how good or bad is it for temporary residents and permanent residents.

We are considering moving to Costa Rica and it is very important for us to understand if this is the best option for us.

Both of us are working remotely (3D animator & government worker) allthough we are also investing in crypto currency and we are considering becoming both indepedent workers in the crypto and metaverse.
We want to know how and if we are able to work as independant worker in Costa Rica and what are the requirements?
